Die innovative chemische Reaktortechnologie von INERATEC ist der Schlüssel für die Energiewende.

INERATEC baut chemische Anlagen, in denen aus Treibhausgasen wie CO2 und erneuerbarem Strom synthetische Kraftstoffe und nachhaltige synthetische Produkte hergestellt werden.

Der Bereich Operations ist für die mechanische und elektrische Fertigstellung neuer, sowie Service und Instandsetzung, bestehender Anlagen zuständig.

Deine Aufgaben

Montage und technische Betreuung von Prozessanlagen zur Produktion synthetischer Kraftstoffe vor Ort
Koordinieren von Bauabläufen, beteiligten Subunternehmen, TÜV-Abnahmen etc.
Sicherstellen einer störungsfreien Erstinbetriebnahme in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Inbetriebnahme-Team
Durchführung von regelmäßigen Service- und Wartungsarbeiten
Konfiguration und Parametrierung unseres Steuerungssystems und Anlagenkomponenten
Erstellung von Arbeitsberichten und Protokollen zu den jeweiligen Einsätzen
Qualitätssicherung der Anlage

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Mechaniker, Mechatroniker, Elektriker, Chemikant, Chemietechniker)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung im Kundendienst und im Umgang mit Kunden/Fremdfirmen
Hohe Reisebereitschaft (national und international)
Affinität zu mechanischen, aber auch Elektro- und Automatisierungsthemen
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Führerschein Klasse 3/B
Selbstständiges, Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln, sowie verantwortungsvolle Arbeitseinstellung

Short Description

INERATEC's innovative chemical reactor technology is the key to the energy transition.

INERATEC builds chemical plants that produce synthetic fuels and sustainable synthetic products from greenhouse gases such as CO2 and renewable electricity.

The OPE (Operations) division is responsible for the mechanical and electrical completion of new plants, as well as service and repair, of existing plants.

Your tasks

On-site assembly and technical support of process plants for the production of synthetic fuels
Coordinating construction processes, subcontractors involved, TÜV inspections, etc.
Ensuring trouble-free initial commissioning in cooperation with the commissioning team
Carrying out regular service and maintenance work
Configuration and parameterization of our control system and plant components
Preparation of work reports and protocols for the respective operations
Quality assurance of the plant

Your profile

Completed technical vocational training (e.g. mechanic, mechatronics technician, electrician, chemical technician)
Several years of professional experience required
Experience in customer service and in dealing with customers/external companies
High willingness to travel (mainly DACH)
Affinity for mechanical, but also electrical and automation topics
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Driving license class 3/B
Independent, customer-oriented thinking and acting, as well as responsible work attitude
