Deshalb suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams „Chemische Reaktoren“ einen Senior Expert Produktentwicklung (Elektrotechnik) (m/w/d) mit kreativen Ideen und strategischer Denkweise.

Deine Aufgaben

Analyse und Verbesserung der elektrischen Heiztechnik in der Reaktorumgebung (hohe Temperatur und hoher Druck) in Bezug auf Effizienz, Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit
Optimierung der komplexen Messtechnik im und am Reaktor
Auslegung der Verdrahtung für hohe Ströme mit Schwerpunkt auf Robustheit und Ausfallsicherheit
Verbesserung des Verständnisses von Fehlerströmen und deren Auswirkungen
Hinterfragen und Verbessern der Methodik des Produktentwicklungsprozesses (PEP) um effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse zu erzielen
Verfolgung von technologischen Trends und Entwicklungen, um innovative Ideen einzubringen und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Produkte sicherzustellen
Mentorship und fachliche Unterstützung für das Entwicklungsteam, um deren Wachstum und Weiterentwicklung zu fördern

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium (Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich „Design for Manufacturing“ (DFM)
Fähigkeit, äußerst strukturiert zu arbeiten und mit gutem Beispiel voranzugehen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Expert in Product Development (Electrical Engineering) (m/f/d) with creative ideas and a strategic mindset to join our "Chemical Reactors" team.

Your tasks

Analyzing and improving the electrical heater technology in the environment of the reactor (high temperature and high pressure) in terms of efficiency, performance, and reliability
Optimization of the complex measurement technology in and around the reactor
Design of wiring for high power currents with a focus on resilience and fail-safety
Enhancing the understanding of fault currents and their effects
Challenging and improving the methodology of the product development process to achieve efficient and high-quality results
Keep track of technology trends and developments to bring innovative ideas and ensure the competitiveness of our products
Mentoring and technical support to the development team to encourage their growth and development

Your profile

Completed science or technical degree (electrical engineering or a comparable field)
Relevant professional experience in the field of "Design for Manufacturing" (DFM)
Ability to work in an highly structured manner and to set a positive example
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
