Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest eng mit dem CFO und der Geschäftsführung an neuen Finanzierungsmaßnahmen sowie strategischen Projekten.
Du erstellst Finanzmodelle für die Budgetplanung und die Vorbereitung/Durchführung von Projektfinanzierungen, Kapitalmaßnahmen und M&A Transaktionen.
Du erstellst Präsentationen, Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management und die Investoren.
Du unterstützt beim regelmäßigen Reporting und der Kommunikation mit Investoren und Gesellschaftern.

Dein Profil

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Investment Banking, M&A, Projektfinanzierung oder Corporate Finance.
Sehr starke Fähigkeiten im Financial Modelling und der Erstellung von Präsentationen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Short Description

Your tasks

You will work closely with the CFO and management on new financing measures and strategic projects.
You create financial models for budget planning and the preparation/execution of project financing, capital measures and M&A transactions.
You will prepare presentations, analyses and decision papers for management and investors.
You support regular reporting and communication with investors and shareholders.

Your profile

At least 3 years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A, project finance or corporate finance.
Very strong financial modeling and presentation writing skills
Very good written and spoken German and English.
