Deine Aufgaben

Technische Leitung von Projekten in der Anlagenkonstruktion
1. Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte
2. Standardisierte Anlagen
(CAD-) Konstruktion unserer standardisierten Power-to-X-Anlagen nach internationalen Richtlinien und Vorschriften
Erstellung von Installationsplänen und Montagezeichnungen sowie Konstruktion von Gestellen und anderen tragenden Komponenten
Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen
Statische und dynamische Festigkeitsberechnungen
Aktive Abstimmung mit interdisziplinären Schnittstellen
Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen für die Beschaffung von Komponenten sowie technischer Dokumentation
Unterstützung und Konzeptentwicklung für das Scale-Up von Prozessen und Anlagenkomponenten
Administration der CAD-Tools (AutoCAD Plant3D, Autodesk Inventor)

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Verfahrens-, Anlagen-, Umwelt- oder Chemietechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung)
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der CAD-Konstruktion von Projekten des Anlagenbaus, vorzugsweise in der Petro- und/oder chemischen Industrie
Erfahrung in der Projektleitung sowie im Umgang mit technischen Lieferanten ist von Vorteil
Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Konstruktion mit CAD-Tools (bevorzugt AutoCAD Plant3D, Autodesk Inventor)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

To achieve a global impact, we need to scale, develop and standardize our technology: We are looking for you to join our “Engineering and Development” team in the further development and standardization of our chemical plants.

Your tasks

Technical management of plant design projects
1. Research and development projects
2. Standardized systems
(CAD) design of our standardized Power-to-X systems in accordance with international guidelines and regulations
Creation of installation plans and assembly drawings as well as design of frames and other load-bearing components
Creation of process descriptions
Static and dynamic strength calculations
Active coordination with interdisciplinary interfaces
Creation of technical specifications for the procurement of components and technical documentation
Support and concept development for the scale-up of processes and system components
Administration of CAD tools (AutoCAD Plant3D, Autodesk Inventor)

Your profile

Completed scientific or technical studies (mechanical, process, plant, environmental or chemical engineering or comparable field of study)
At least 5 years of professional experience in CAD design of plant engineering projects, preferably in the petrochemical and/or chemical industry
Experience in project management and in dealing with technical suppliers is an advantage
Independent and self-reliant way of working as well as high motivation and willingness to perform
Very good knowledge of design with CAD tools (preferably AutoCAD Plant3D, Autodesk Inventor)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
