Deine Aufgaben

Standardisierung und Modularisierung des INERATEC Produktportfolios
Erhebung von technischen Anforderungen zur Ableitung strategischer Empfehlungen
Verantwortung des Product Backlog
Initiieren und eigenverantwortliches Koordinieren des Produktentstehungsprozesses
Vorantreiben der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sowie technischer Optimierungen bestehender Produkte
Koordinieren der Schnittstellen (Technik, Vertrieb und Produktion)

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Verfahrens-, Anlagen-, Umwelt- oder Chemietechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Langjährige Erfahrung in Standardisierung, Modularisierung oder Licensing, idealerweise im Anlagenbau
Sehr gute englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

Your tasks

Standardization and modularization of the INERATEC product portfolio
Elicitation of technical requirements to derive strategic recommendations
Responsibility for the product backlog
Initiating and independently coordinating the product development process
Driving continuous improvement and technical optimization of existing products
Coordinating the interfaces (technology, sales and production)

Your profile

Completed technical studies (process, plant, environmental or chemical engineering or comparable field of study) or comparable training
Many years of experience in standardization, modularization or licensing, ideally in plant engineering
Very good English and German language skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
