Deine Aufgaben

Fachliche Leitung der Inbetriebnahmen bis zur Übergabe der Anlage an das Betriebsteam
Erstellung von Inbetriebnahmeplänen inkl. Dokumentation und Abnahmeprotokollen
Analyse der bestehenden Unterlagen (PID, Instrumentierungsliste, Komponentenlisten, etc.)
Definition und Koordination der Anforderungen aus der Inbetriebnahmeplanung für EMSR, Mechanical, Process und Authority
Finale Prüfung nach Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV) in Zusammenarbeit mit der benannten Stelle (ZÜS) und der Betriebsleitung vor Ort
Erbringen des Leistungsnachweises der Anlage und Schulung der internen und externen Betreiberteams vor Ort
Mitwirken an der Erstellung der Strategie für alle Inbetriebnahmen und deren Planung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten und dem Projektmanagement
Sicherstellung der Vorbereitung und Einholung sowie Einhaltung entsprechender gesetzlicher Genehmigungen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurswesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung, abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemikanten (m/w/d) oder Weiterbildung zum Chemietechniker/ Techniker/Meister (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Chemie
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der chemischen Industrie bzw. im Betrieb von chemischen Anlagen, sowie in den Bereichen Verfahrens- und/oder Automatisierungstechnik
Sehr gute Strukturierungs-, Modellierungs- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Gasen und explosionsgefährdeten Umgebungen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit 3D Modellen
Sehr gute englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen

Become part of our team and make an essential contribution to the manufacture of our e-products as "Commissioning Manager (m/f/d)".

Your tasks

Technical management of commissioning until the system is handed over to the operating team
Preparation of commissioning plans including documentation and acceptance protocols
Analysis of existing documents (PID, instrumentation list, component lists, etc.)
Definition and coordination of the requirements from the commissioning planning for EMSR, Mechanical, Process and Authority
Final inspection in accordance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) in collaboration with the notified body (ZÜS) and the on-site plant management
Providing proof of the system's performance and training the internal and external operator teams on site
Contributing to the creation of the strategy for all commissioning and its planning in cooperation with the supervisor and project management
Ensuring the preparation and obtaining of and compliance with the relevant legal approvals

Your profile

Completed studies in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field, completed training as a chemical technician (m/f/d) or further training as a chemical technician/technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) specializing in chemistry
Several years of experience in the chemical industry or in the operation of chemical plants, as well as in the areas of process and/or automation technology
Very good structuring, modeling and negotiation skills
Experience in dealing with technical gases and potentially explosive environments
Experience in working with 3D models
Very good English and German language skills
Willingness to travel internationally
