Im Bereich Produktentwicklung, Engineering und Standardisierung (PES) sorgt ein hoch qualifiziertes, interdisziplinäres Team dafür, dass unsere Produkte und Prozesse kontinuierlich noch besser werden. Unser Ziel ist, individuelle Kundenanforderungen in standardisierte technische Lösungen zu übersetzen und diese auf höchstem Niveau zu entwickeln und zu gestalten. Wir bedienen uns neuester wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse und technischer Methoden, um als Team erfolgreich zu sein.

Deine Aufgaben

Aufbau und Führung eines strukturierten Industrial Engineering Teams für die Fokusprodukte Reaktoren und Syntheseanlagen
Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Produktionsprozesse, Identifizierung von Engpässen und ineffizienten Arbeitsmethoden
Entwicklung von Arbeitssystemen und -standards zur Steigerung der Produktivität und Effizienz der Mitarbeiter*innen
Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Methodik des Product Creation Process (PCP) zum Erreichen von Effizienzsteigerungen und Qualitätsverbesserungen
Durchführung von Zeitstudien, um Arbeitsabläufe zu analysieren und Effizienzsteigerungen abzuleiten
Sicherstellen der engen Verzahnung von Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität und Logistik
Planung und Koordination von Projekten zur Einführung neuer Produktionsmethoden oder Prozesse

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Kommunikationsstärke kombiniert mit einer lösungsorientierten und methodischen Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Short Description

In the Product Development, Engineering and Standardization (PES) department, a highly qualified, interdisciplinary team ensures that our products and processes are continuously improved. Our aim is to translate individual customer requirements into standardized technical solutions and to develop and design these at the highest level. We make use of the latest scientific findings and technical methods in order to be successful as a team.
In order to achieve a global impact, we are constantly optimizing our production and product development processes and are looking for you as "Team Leader Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)".

Your tasks

Establishment and management of a structured industrial engineering team for the focus products reactors and synthesis plants
Analysis and optimization of existing production processes, identification of bottlenecks and inefficient working methods
Developing work systems and standards to increase employee productivity and efficiency
Continuous optimization of the Product Creation Process (PCP) methodology to achieve efficiency gains and quality improvements
Conducting time studies to analyze workflows and derive efficiency improvements
Ensuring the close integration of development, production, quality and logistics
Planning and coordinating projects to introduce new production methods or processes

Your profile

Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or comparable field of study)
Several years of professional experience and management experience in a comparable position
Strong communication skills combined with a solution-oriented and methodical way of working
Very good knowledge of German and English
