Als Teil des Qualitätsmanagementteams arbeitest du zentral mit den verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und trägst durch das Voranbringen der Dokumentation aktiv an der Qualität unserer Prozesse bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Standardisierung, Erstellung und Formatierung von Dokumenten wie Verfahren, Arbeitsanweisungen, Checklisten oder andere Unterlagen
Rolle des „Motors“ der Prozesslandschaft durch die Entwicklung der Dokumentation des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
Bedarfsermittlung der Erstellung von Dokumenten im technischen Bereich in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
Leitung von interdisziplinären Meetings, um in Verbindung mit anderen Abteilungen die erforderlichen Dokumente festzulegen

Dein Profil

Laufendes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, technischer Betriebswirtschaft oder anderen Studiengängen mit der Vertiefung Qualitätsmanagement
Sicheres Auftreten mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Moderationskompetenz
Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen durch ein Praktikum oder Ähnliches
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

As part of the quality management team, you will work centrally with the various departments and actively contribute to the quality of our processes by advancing the documentation.

Your tasks

Standardization, creation and formatting of documents such as procedures, work instructions, checklists or other documents
Acting as the “engine” of the process landscape by developing the quality management system documentation
Determining the requirements for the creation of documents in the technical area in cooperation with the specialist departments
Leading interdisciplinary meetings to define the required documents in conjunction with other departments

Your profile

Ongoing studies in industrial engineering, technical business administration or other courses of study with a specialization in quality management
Confident appearance with strong communication skills, high level of moderation skills
Ideally initial experience through an internship or similar
Confident handling of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
