Als Teil des Projektmanagements stehst du im engen Austausch mit allen Bereichen von INERATEC und trägst mit deinem Organisationstalent dazu bei, dass alle Rädchen ineinandergreifen.

Deine Aufgaben

Mithilfe bei der Koordination von Industrieprojekten im Bereich synthetische Kraftstofferzeugung, in enger Abstimmung mit den Projektmanagern
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Anpassung und Koordination von Projektdokumentationen inkl. Berichtswesen und Meeting-Protokollen
Erstellen von Ressourcen- und Terminplanung im Bereich
Kommunikation mit Ansprechpartnern aus allen Abteilungen sowie den INERATEC Kunden für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Projekte
Aktive Lieferantensuche und Verfolgen von Lieferzeiten
Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Projektmanagements bei INERATEC

Dein Profil

Laufendes Studium im Studiengang Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre
Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis betriebswirtschaftliches Interesse und Grundkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Short Description

As part of the project management team, you will be in close contact with all areas of INERATEC and use your organizational skills to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your tasks

Assistance in the coordination of industrial projects in the field of synthetic fuel production, in close coordination with the project managers
Support in the creation, adaptation and coordination of project documentation including reporting and meeting minutes
Creating resource and schedule planning in the area
Communicating with contacts from all departments and INERATEC customers to ensure that projects run smoothly
Active supplier search and tracking of delivery times
Support in the further development of project management at INERATEC

Your profile

Ongoing studies in industrial engineering or technical business administration
Strong communication skills and organizational talent
Basic technical understanding, interest in business administration and basic knowledge
Confident handling of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
