Wir suchen eine/n (talentierte/n) Kommunikations-Designer/in in Teil- oder Vollzeit (Vollzeit präferiert), die/der unser Team mit Kreativität, sowie einem guten Blick für das Detail und das große Ganze bereichert.
In dieser Position hast Du die umfangreiche Möglichkeit, Dich aktiv einzubringen und unseren Markenauftritt maßgeblich zu beeinflussen. Die Gestaltung in der Kommunikation hat bei uns eine zentrale Bedeutung, um unsere Narrative über unsere Technologien nachhaltig zu vermitteln und das Thema Climate Tech positiv emotional aufzuladen. Mit Deiner Arbeit trägst Du wesentlich dazu bei, unsere Vision und unseren Spirit nach außen und innen zu kommunizieren und einen bleibenden Eindruck zu hinterlassen. Als Teil des Communication Teams gestaltest Du unseren Auftritt maßgeblich mit und trägst zur Verwirklichung unserer Ziele bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Projektbasierte und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Gestaltung unserer Marke
Erstellung von Bildmaterial, Grafiken und Icons für digitale und Print-Medien sowie Erklärgrafiken und Social Media Material in engem Austausch mit dem Team
Gestaltung, Pflege und Erweiterung des INERATEC Intranets, inklusive Erstellung aller Gestaltungselemente in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Teams
Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Präsentationen in PowerPoint
Umsetzung des Corporate Design sowie Erstellung von Vorlagen inklusive Anleitung
Steuerung von externen Partnern (Agenturen, Fotograf*innen, Medienschaffenden)
Erstellung von Briefings für das Corporate Bildmaterial inklusive Fotografenbegleitung, Bildauswahl und -pflege sowie Bearbeitung der Fotos gemäß Bildlook

Dein Profil

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign, Grafikdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung in der Gestaltung von digitalen und Print-Medien über Social Media, PR, Webdesign, UX/UI, Fotografie, Video, Wissensvermittlung
Hervorragende Kenntnisse/sicherer Umgang in gängigen Grafik- und Designprogrammen (Adobe Creative Suite, besonders Photoshop, Illustrator und InDesign)
Grundkenntnisse in Canva
Kreatives Gespür für Design und ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Detailverliebtheit.
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Erfahrung in der Konzeptionierung
Teamorientiertes Arbeiten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Englisch und Deutsch)
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing- und PR-Agenturen von Vorteil

Short Description

We are looking for a (talented) part-time or full-time (full-time preferred) Communications Designer who will enrich our team with creativity and a good eye for detail and the big picture.
In this position, you will have the extensive opportunity to play an active role and significantly influence our brand image. Design in communication is of central importance to us in order to convey our narrative about our technologies in a sustainable way and to give the topic of climate tech a positive emotional charge. With your work, you will make a significant contribution to communicating our vision and spirit both externally and internally and leaving a lasting impression. As part of the communication team, you will play a key role in shaping our image and contribute to the realization of our goals.

Your tasks

Project-based and continuous development of the design of our brand
Creation of image material, graphics and icons for digital and print media as well as explanatory graphics and social media material in close cooperation with the team
Designing, maintaining and expanding the INERATEC intranet, including creating all design elements in collaboration with other departments and teams
Creating and editing presentations in PowerPoint
Implementation of the corporate design and creation of templates including instructions
Management of external partners (agencies, photographers, media professionals)
Creation of briefings for the corporate image material including photographer support, image selection and maintenance as well as editing the photos according to the image look

Your profile

A degree or training in communication design, graphic design or a comparable qualification
First professional experience in the design of digital and print media via social media, PR, web design, UX/UI, photography, video, knowledge transfer
Excellent knowledge/confident handling of common graphic and design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
Basic knowledge of Canva
Creative flair for design and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Structured way of working and experience in conceptualization
Team-oriented work and strong communication skills (English and German)
Experience in working with marketing and PR agencies is an advantage
