Deine Aufgaben

Optimierung des Standards für das Projektcontrolling
Fortschreibung und Optimierung des Rolling Forecast für Aufwendungen, Investitionen und Erträge sowohl für Projekte als auch für die Einbindung der verschiedenen Datenquellen, die Automatisierung der Anwendung und die Ableitung eines Liquiditätsplanes
Erarbeitung und Pflege des Dashboards für eine vereinfachte und übersichtliche Darstellung der Daten
Unterstützung bei Abstimmungen mit den Projekt- und Bereichsverantwortlichen bezüglich Abweichungen sowohl monetär als auch zeitlich
Hauptverantwortung für die Richtigkeit der Daten die die Mitarbeitenden des Controllings erarbeiten
Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Budgetprozesse und Anpassung auf neue Gegebenheiten im Unternehmen

Dein Profil

B.Sc. oder gleichwertiger Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder einem verwandten/quantitativen Fachgebiet mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling
Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Anlagenbau
Kenntnisse in SAP (ByD), Excel und Power-BI sind wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your tasks

Optimization of the standard for project controlling
Updating and optimizing the rolling forecast for expenses, investments and income for projects as well as for the integration of various data sources, the automation of the application and the derivation of a liquidity plan
Developing and maintaining the dashboard for a simplified and clear presentation of data
Support in coordination with the project / division managers regarding deviations both in terms of money and time
Main responsibility for the accuracy of the data prepared by the controlling staff
Support in the optimization of budget processes and adaptation to new circumstances in the company

Your profile

B.Sc. or equivalent degree in business administration, economics or a related/quantitative field with a focus on finance/controlling
At least five years of professional experience, ideally in plant construction
Knowledge of SAP (ByD), Excel and Power BI
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
