Als Teil des Qualitätsmanagementteams arbeitest du zentral mit den verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und trägst durch das Voranbringen der Dokumentation aktiv an der Qualität unserer Prozesse bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von unserem Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (ISO 9001)
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Prozessdokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen
Durchführung von internen Audits und Analysen zur Qualitätsverbesserung
Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Fehlerursachen und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung
Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen zu qualitätsrelevanten Kennzahlen
Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Verbesserung von Produkt- und Prozessqualität
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um qualitätsrelevante Themen zu koordinieren
Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von internen oder externen Beanstandungen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Spezialisten

Dein Profil

Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaft, Qualitätsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Interesse an Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
Erste Erfahrungen mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (z. B. durch Studienprojekte oder vorherige Praktika) von Vorteil
Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Short Description

As part of the quality management team, you will work centrally with the various departments and actively contribute to the quality of our processes by advancing the documentation.

Your tasks

Support in the implementation and further development of our quality management systems (ISO 9001)
Participation in the creation and updating of process documentation and work instructions
Carrying out internal audits and quality improvement analyses
Support in the analysis of error causes and development of measures for process optimization
Preparation of reports and evaluations on quality-relevant key figures
Collaboration in projects to improve product and process quality
Working closely with other departments to coordinate quality-related topics
Supporting the processing of internal or external complaints in collaboration with external specialists

Your profile

Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, quality management or a comparable course of study
Interest in quality management, process optimization and continuous improvement
Initial experience with quality management systems (e.g. through study projects or previous internships) an advantage
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ery good written and spoken German and English skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
