Dem Finance-Team wird in den nächsten Jahren eine entscheidende Rolle für das dynamische Wachstum von INERATEC zukommen. Zur Verstärkung dieses Teams suchen wir einen (Finanz-) Buchhalter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
Prüfung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
Offene Posten abstimmen und Unstimmigkeiten klären
Bearbeitung von Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
Vorbereitung / Erstellung des Monatsabschlusses und Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses nach HGB und zukünftig auch nach IFRS
Erstellung von Auswertungen für steuerliche Zwecke (UStVA, ZM) und statistische Meldungen
Unterstützung des Finance Teams bei der Datenverwaltung und beim Controlling
Analyse von Daten, Recherche von Themen und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung kleinerer Projekte

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (Buchhalter, Steuerfachgehilfe, Bilanzbuchhalter o.ä.)
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in Industriebetrieben
Erfahrung in der Nutzung von ERP-System, idealerweise SAP Business by Design
Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und hohe Selbstorganisation
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Short Description

The finance team will play a decisive role in INERATEC's dynamic growth over the next few years. To strengthen this team, we are looking for a (financial) accountant (m/f/d).

Your tasks

Carrying out ongoing financial accounting
Checking travel expense reports
Reconciling open items and clarifying discrepancies
Processing payment transactions and dunning
Preparation / preparation of the monthly financial statements and preparation of the annual financial statements according to HGB and in future also according to IFRS
Preparation of evaluations for tax purposes (VAT, ZM) and statistical reports
Supporting the finance team with data management and controlling
Analyzing data, researching topics and independently implementing smaller projects

Your profile

Completed commercial professional training (accountant, tax assistant, accountant or similar)
At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in industrial companies
Experience in the use of ERP systems, ideally SAP Business by Design
Ability to work independently and highly self-organized
Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
