Die innovative chemische Reaktortechnologie von INERATEC ist der Schlüssel für die Energiewende. INERATEC baut chemische Anlagen, in denen aus Treibhausgasen wie CO2 und erneuerbarem Strom synthetische Kraftstoffe und nachhaltige synthetische Produkte hergestellt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist erste Ansprechpartnerin bei IT-Fragen und technischen Störungen
Zudem betreust und verwaltest du unsere Clientsysteme: Notebooks, Mobile Devices, Monitore, Zubehör
Auch die Vorbereitung von Arbeitsplätzen – von der Hardware bis zur Software – sowie die Begleitung neuer Kolleg*innen beim Onboarding gehören dazu
Für schnelle Hilfe sorgst du über unser Ticketsystem, dokumentierst Lösungen und verbesserst kontinuierlich unsere Wissensdatenbank
Du hilfst mit, unsere IT noch besser zu machen – bei kleinen Projekten, Automatisierungen oder Tool-Auswahl

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker*in, Informatikkaufmann/-frau o. ä.)
Du liebst es, Probleme zu lösen – schnell, strukturiert und im Sinne der Nutzer*innen
Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support (Clientsysteme, Microsoft 365, Windows, idealerweise Azure)
Du kommunizierst klar – auf Deutsch (gut) und Englisch (solide)
Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Service-Mentalität sind bei dir keine Floskeln

Your tasks

You are the first point of contact for IT questions and technical faults
You will also look after and manage our client systems: Notebooks, mobile devices, monitors, accessories
This also includes preparing workstations - from hardware to software - and supporting new colleagues during onboarding
You provide rapid assistance via our ticket system, document solutions and continuously improve our knowledge database
You help to make our IT even better - with small projects, automation or tool selection

Your profile

Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist, IT clerk or similar)
You love to solve problems - quickly, in a structured manner and in the interests of the users
Initial experience in IT support (client systems, Microsoft 365, Windows, ideally Azure)
You communicate clearly - in German (good) and English (solid)
Team spirit, initiative and service mentality are not just empty phrases for you
