Deine Aufgaben

Basisarbeit für die strategischen Punkte im Einkauf
Lieferantendatenabfrage und -pflege: Bonität, Lieferantenselbstauskunft, Risikobewertung, Preferred Supplier Card (PSC) u.w.
Unterstützung bei der Datenpflege im ERP (SAP BYD) sowie bei Anfragen und Ablagetätigkeiten im PDM-System pro-file
Unterstützung bei Bestellungen und Transporten sowie weiteren Aufgaben des operativen Geschäfts
Übernahme von klar abgegrenzten Einkaufsprojekten, z.B. Marktstudien, Benchmarks u.ä.

Dein Profil

Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliche Studiengänge mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf/Logistik/Supply Chain Management
Du hast mindestens das dritte Semester deines Studiums erfolgreich absolviert
Neben Deinem Studium hast Du mind. 12 Stunden pro Woche Zeit, um an spannenden Aufgaben mitzuarbeiten
Du verfügst über sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du hast Erfahrung mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Einkauf durch ein Praktikum oder Ähnliches

Your tasks

Basic work for the strategic points in purchasing
Supplier data query and maintenance: creditworthiness, supplier self-disclosure, risk assessment, Preferred Supplier Card (PSC), etc.
Support with data maintenance in ERP (SAP BYD) and with queries and filing activities in the pro-file PDM system
Support with orders and transportation as well as other operational business tasks
Assumption of clearly defined purchasing projects, e.g. market studies, benchmarks, etc.

Your profile

You are studying business administration, industrial engineering or similar courses with a focus on purchasing/ logistics/ supply chain management
You have successfully completed at least the third semester of your studies
In addition to your studies, you have at least 12 hours per week to work on exciting tasks
You have a very good command of written and spoken English and German
You have experience with the common Microsoft Office applications
Independent and structured way of working
Ideally, you already have experience in purchasing through an internship or similar
