Unsere Abteilung „Accounting und Controlling“ sucht tatkräftige Verstärkung!
Als Senior Financial Accountant gestaltest du aktiv den Aufbau unserer SAP-gestützten IFRS- und HGB-Buchhaltungslandschaft mit. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Bereichsleiter zusammen, unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, der Einführung der Konzernrechnungslegung sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von SAP ByDesign.

Deine Aufgaben

Betreuung der operativen Buchhaltung
Erstellung und Prüfung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und HGB
Mitwirkung beim ersten IFRS-Konzernabschluss inklusive Intercompany-Abstimmungen
Unterstützung bei der Prüfung und Aufbereitung von steuerlichen und bilanziellen Sachverhalten
Koordination mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und externen Partnern
Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse in SAP ByDesign
Unterstützung bei internen Reporting- und Budgetprozessen
Mitgestaltung der Finanzprozesse in einem dynamisch wachsenden Umfeld

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Accounting/Finance oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter/in (IHK)
Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld oder einem Scale-Up
Fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS, insbesondere in der Vorbereitung von Konzernabschlüssen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP Business ByDesign ist ein Plus
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Short Description

Our Accounting and Controlling department is looking for active reinforcement! As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will actively shape the development of our IFRS and SAP-supported accounting landscape. You will work closely with the department head, provide support with monthly and annual financial statements, the introduction of Group accounting and the further development of SAP ByDesign.

Your tasks

Supervision of operational accounting
Preparing and auditing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB
Participation in the first IFRS consolidated financial statements including intercompany reconciliations
Support in the audit and preparation of tax and accounting issues
Coordination with auditors, tax consultants and external partners
Further development and optimization of our processes in SAP ByDesign
Support with internal reporting and budget processes
Helping to shape financial processes in a dynamically growing environment

Your profile

Completed studies in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance or completed further training as an accountant (IHK)
At least 8 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment or a scale-up
Sound knowledge of IFRS, in particular in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
Experience in working with SAP Business ByDesign is a plus
Structured, solution-oriented way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
