Als Senior Controller (m/w/d) bist du Teil unseres Finance-Teams und übernimmst eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Prozesse. Du bringst deine Erfahrung ein, um die Steuerung unserer Projekte und des Unternehmens nachhaltig zu professionalisieren.

Deine Aufgaben

Weiterentwicklung und Verantwortung des Projektcontrollings für internationale Großprojekte
Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung der Budgetplanung und Forecasts
Aufbau und Durchführung einer Liquiditätsplanung inkl. Cashflow-Analysen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Engineering und Geschäftsführung
Entwicklung von Kennzahlen, Reports und Dashboards für fundierte Entscheidungen
Effizientes und adressatengerechtes Reporting an Management und internationale Investoren
Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting
Analyse von Abweichungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Anlagenbau, Projektgeschäft oder Investitionsgüterumfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektcontrolling, Budget- und Liquiditätsplanung
Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Reports für Management und internationale Investoren
Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denken und Pragmatismus
Sichere Anwendung von ERP-Systemen (SAP Business by Design wünschenswert) und gängigen Reporting-Tools
Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und teamorientiert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Short Description

As a Senior Controller (m/f/d), you will be part of our finance team and play a key role in establishing and developing our controlling processes. You will contribute your experience to professionalize the management of our projects and the company in the long term.

Your tasks

Further development and responsibility for project controlling for large-scale international projects
Creation, maintenance, and optimization of budget planning and forecasts
Development and implementation of liquidity planning, including cash flow analyses
Close cooperation with project management, engineering, and management
Development of key figures, reports, and dashboards for informed decisions
Efficient and target-group-oriented reporting to management and international investors
Participation in monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with accounting
Analysis of deviations and derivation of recommendations for action

Your profile

Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in plant engineering, project business, or capital goods
In-depth knowledge of project controlling, budget, and liquidity planning
Experience in preparing reports for management and international investors
Very good understanding of numbers, analytical thinking, and pragmatism
Confident use of ERP systems (SAP Business by Design desirable) and common reporting tools
Strong communication skills, assertive, and team-oriented
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
