Einen echten Impact werden wir nur haben, wenn wir unsere Geschäftsprozesse in SAP ByDesign weiterentwickeln, standardisieren und optimal im Tagesgeschäft anwenden. Deshalb suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Werkstudierende, die Freude an ERP-Systemen, Prozessmanagement und abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben haben.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Etablierung, Standardisierung und Dokumentation bestehender Geschäftsprozesse in SAP ByD
Mitarbeit bei der praktischen Umsetzung und Anwendung der Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. im Einkauf, Lager, Produktion oder Vertrieb)
Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Prozessoptimierung, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen
Unterstützung in Erstellung der Anwenderdokumentationen, Leitfäden und Schulungsunterlagen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Feedback aus dem operativen Betrieb
Mitwirkung an kleineren Verbesserungsprojekten, um Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Dein Profil

Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Interesse an Geschäftsprozessen, ERP-Systemen und Prozessmanagement
Erste Kenntnisse in SAP oder anderen ERP-Systemen sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine praktische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und an Hands-on-Aufgaben
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Short Description

We will only have a real impact if we further develop and standardize our business processes in SAP ByDesign and apply them optimally in our day-to-day business. That's why we are looking for working students to join our team who enjoy ERP systems, process management, and varied tasks.

Your tasks

Support in establishing, standardizing, and documenting existing business processes in SAP ByD
Collaboration in the practical implementation and application of processes in day-to-day business (e.g., in purchasing, warehousing, production, or sales)
Support in error analysis and process optimization to ensure smooth operations
Support in the creation of user documentation, guidelines, and training materials
Close cooperation with specialist departments to coordinate requirements and feedback from operational activities
Participation in smaller improvement projects to continuously improve processes

Your profile

Current studies in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable degree program
Interest in business processes, ERP systems, and process management
Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is desirable but not essential
Analytical thinking skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach to work
Enjoyment of working with different departments and hands-on tasks
Good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
