Die innovative chemische Reaktortechnologie von INERATEC ist der Schlüssel für die Energiewende. Wir bauen chemische Anlagen, in denen aus Treibhausgasen wie CO2 und erneuerbarem Strom synthetische Kraftstoffe und nachhaltige synthetische Produkte hergestellt werden.

Dafür suchen wir Dich als Ergänzung unseres Teams, als Ingenieur (m/w/d) Verfahrenstechnik/Chemieingenieurwesen im Anlagenbau. Dein Fokus liegt in der Planung, Entwicklung, Auslegung und Optimierung kompletter chemischer oder physikalischer Anlagenprozesse. #sort: 140#PES#

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Durchführung von Prozesssimulationen für unsere PtX- und GtX-Anlagen sowie Optimierung von Fließschemata und P&IDs
Konzeption und Entwicklung innovativer Prozesse im Bereich Clean-Tech
Auswahl und Bewertung geeigneter Technologien und Methoden, z. B. Katalysatoren, Trennverfahren (V/L, Destillation, L/L etc.)
Analyse und Bewertung von Skalierbarkeit und Betriebsstabilität der Prozess
Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen sowie beim Troubleshooting im laufenden Betrieb

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Anlagen- oder Umwelttechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anlagenbau und in der Verfahrenstechnik, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Chemie- oder Petrochemie
Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Chemietechnik und Katalyse, idealerweise in Verfahren wie Fischer-Tropsch-Synthese, RWGS und Reforming
Erfahrung in Kinetik, Wärme- und Stoffübertragung, inklusive Auslegung von Wärmetauschern und Abscheidern
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Prozesssimulation und Systemintegration
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit hoher Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Short Description

The innovative chemical reactor technology at INERATEC is a key driver of the energy transition. We build plants that convert CO₂ and renewable electricity into synthetic fuels and sustainable products.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Process Engineer (m/f/d) / Chemical Engineer with a focus on planning, developing, designing, and optimizing complete chemical or physical plant processes. #sort: 140#PES#

Your tasks

Development and execution of process simulations for our PTX and GTX plants, including optimization of flowsheets and P&IDs
Conceptualization and development of innovative processes in the clean-tech sector
Selection and evaluation of suitable technologies and methods, e.g., catalysts, separation processes (V/L, distillation, L/L, etc.)
Analysis and assessment of process scalability and operational stability
Support during plant commissioning and troubleshooting in ongoing operations

Your profile

Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Plant Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in plant design and process engineering, ideally in chemical or petrochemical industries
Deep knowledge in chemical engineering and catalysis, preferably in processes such as Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, RWGS, and reforming
Experience in kinetics, heat and mass transfer, including design of heat exchangers and separators
Strong skills in process simulation and system integration
Independent, structured, and motivated working style, with strong team skills
Excellent German and English proficiency, both written and spoken
