Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail und Interesse an technischen Abläufen? Unterstütze unser Team als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Betriebshandbuch & Dokumentation an unserer Anlage im Industriepark Höchst! Arbeite an der Erstellung und Pflege technischer Unterlagen, bringe Struktur in komplexe Inhalte und gewinne spannende Einblicke in die betriebliche Praxis.

Deine Aufgaben

Sammeln und Sichten vorhandener Arbeitsanweisungen aus verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen
Strukturierung und Überführung der Anweisungen in ein einheitliches, übersichtliches Format
Integration der überarbeiteten Dokumente in das Betriebshandbuch
Abstimmung mit den Anlagenbetreiber*innen vor Ort zur Validierung und Aktualisierung der Inhalte
Erstellung oder Überarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen auf Basis von Betriebserfahrungen und Prozessoptimierungen
Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Handbuchs und der Dokumentationsprozesse

Dein Profil

Laufendes Studium eines technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Studiengangs (z. B. Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft o. Ä.)
Interesse an Prozessmanagement, Dokumentation und technischer Redaktion
Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude an Teamarbeit
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Short Description

Do you have an eye for detail and an interest in technical processes? Support our team as a working student in the area of operating manuals and documentation at our plant in the Höchst Industrial Park! Work on creating and maintaining technical documentation, bring structure to complex content, and gain exciting insights into operational practice.

Your tasks

Collecting and reviewing existing work instructions from various areas of the company
Structuring and converting the instructions into a uniform, clear format
Integrating the revised documents into the operating manual
Coordinating with plant operators on site to validate and update content
Creating or revising work instructions based on operating experience and process optimizations
Support in the continuous improvement of the manual and documentation processes

Your profile

Currently enrolled in a technical or business degree program (e.g., mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or similar)
Interest in process management, documentation, and technical editing
Structured and meticulous approach to work
Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Confident use of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
