Die innovative chemische Reaktortechnologie von INERATEC ist der Schlüssel für die Energiewende. Wir bauen chemische Anlagen, in denen aus Treibhausgasen wie CO2 und erneuerbarem Strom synthetische Kraftstoffe und nachhaltige synthetische Produkte hergestellt werden.

Dafür suchen wir Dich als Ergänzung unseres Teams als Designer Instrumentierung / EMSR (m/w/d) im Anlagenbau und Betrieb. Dein Fokus liegt in der Konzeption, Auslegung und Optimierung von Automatisierungs- und Regelungssystemen zur effizienten Entwicklung und Steuerung unserer Anlagen #sort: 200#PES#

Deine Aufgaben

Erstellen von Spezifikationen und Datenblättern für die Instrumentierung petrochemischer Anlagen
Planen von MSR-Ausrüstung und Auswahl und Auslegung von Geräten
Spezifizieren von Messsensoren und Aktoren gemäß P&ID und verfahrenstechnischen Vorgaben
Spezifikation von Steuerungs- und Prozessleitsystemen
Erstellen von I/O- und Schnittstellenlisten für Sensorik, Aktorik und Datenaustausch
Berechnung von SIL-Loops/Support im Safety Management
Berechnung von Exi-Loops
Kenntnisse in Anwendung und Auslegung von Gas-Chromatografien
Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Softwareupdates
Zusammenarbeit mit Verfahrenstechnik, Anlagenbetreiber, Hardware- und Softwareplanung für MSR-Technik

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Weiterbildung im Bereich der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Designer Instrumentierung oder EMSR- Planer (m/w/d) in der chemischen und petrochemischen Industrie
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Automatisierungs- und Reglungskonzepten
Kenntnisse im Explosionsschutzbereich sowie der SIL-Klassifizierung
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit hoher Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
Bereitschaft zu anteiligen Dienstreisen
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Short Description

The innovative chemical reactor technology from INERATEC is a key driver for the energy transition. We build chemical plants that convert greenhouse gases such as CO₂ and renewable electricity into synthetic fuels and sustainable synthetic products.

We are looking for you to join our team as a Designer Instrumentation / EMSR (m/f/d) in plant construction and operations. Your focus will be on the design, planning, and optimization of automation and control systems to ensure the efficient development and operation of our plants. #sort: 200#PES#

Your tasks

Creating specifications and datasheets for instrumentation in petrochemical plants
Planning instrumentation, control, and automation equipment, including device selection and sizing
Specifying sensors and actuators according to P&ID and process requirements
Specifying control and process automation systems
Creating I/O and interface lists for sensors, actuators, and data exchange
Calculating SIL loops and supporting safety management
Calculating Ex-i loops
Applying and designing gas chromatographs
Planning, executing, and documenting software updates
Collaborating with process engineering, plant operators, and hardware/software planning teams for instrumentation and control technology

Your profile

Degree or technical training in electrical engineering, automation engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as an Instrumentation Designer or EMSR Planner in the chemical or petrochemical industry
Experience in developing automation and control concepts
Knowledge of explosion protection (EXi, EXd, EXe) and SIL classification
Independent, structured working style combined with high motivation and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
Good written and spoken German and English skills
