Short Description
Your tasks
- Responsibility for mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as ensuring trouble-free production at the production site, including ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards
- Planning of downtime and coordination of maintenance windows with internal and external staff
- Planning, monitoring and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment to ensure their optimal functioning
- Primary point of contact for partner companies to coordinate technical assignments, as well as providing hands-on support for repairs, modifications or (re)commissioning
- Assuming responsibility as a qualified electrician and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations
- Processing findings from immediate measures in collaboration with strategic maintenance and defining appropriate maintenance measures
- Documentation of measures, maintenance of technical records and implementation of management-of-change processes
- Monitoring and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment to restore or ensure functionality, e.g. functional tests, loop checks
- Identification and implementation of improvement measures, including support for projects, commissioning and optimizations (including explosion protection where applicable)
Your profile
- Completed technical training as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician (operational technology, energy or automation technology), or industrial mechanic (m/f/d) with additional training as an electrician (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience in the maintenance of industrial plants (chemical, pharmaceutical, food, gas & oil/energy technology), ideally in the chemical or petrochemical industry
- Very good knowledge of EMSR technology and automation
- High degree of independence, problem-solving skills, reliability, and team spirit
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, ideally maintenance software
- Willingness to collaborate across departments and be on call occasionally
- Friendly and confident manner
