At INERATEC, we develop and build innovative Power-to-X plants for the production of e-fuels, e-SAF, e-waxes and other sustainable products.

As part of our Engineering team, you will play a key role in automating our plants and bringing our technology reliably, safely and scalably into industrial application. You will work with Siemens PCS 7, develop and standardize automation solutions, and make a direct contribution to the growth of a future-oriented cleantech company.

Your tasks

  • Planning and implementation of process control systems
  • Design of control hardware
  • Programming of PLC, PCS 7 and visualization systems
  • Documentation, record keeping and list management for automation projects
  • Performance monitoring as well as organization and support of external partners
  • Creation of sequential function charts for fully automated operation
  • Providing control systems support for the market launch of our process plants
  • Supporting commissioning activities

Your profile

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering or automation technology, or completed vocational training as an electronics technician (m/f/d); further training as a technician/master craftsperson (m/f/d) is desirable
  • At least three years of experience in the development and implementation of Siemens PCS 7 plant control systems in the process industry
  • Experience in the full automation of process engineering plants
  • Very good knowledge of IP-based network technology
  • Very good knowledge of PCS 7 and ideally TIA Portal with WinCC Advanced / Professiona and safety topics, particularly safety control systems
  • Knowledge of programming fail-safe control systems is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English and German skills
  • Willingness to travel, approximately 10%
