Deine Aufgaben

Wir bieten Praktikumsplätze in den folgenden Bereichen an:

Business Development:
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Geschäftsmodelle und Business Cases
- Unterstützung bei der Aufarbeitung des Partner- und Kundenportfolios
- Begleiten von Sondierungsgesprächen und Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung
- Aufbereitung wirtschaftlicher Daten (Grafikerstellung, etc.)
- Durchführen einer Marktanalyse inkl. Marktrecherchen, Statistiken sowie Regularien für synthetische Kraftstoffe
- Standort: Karlsruhe

Projektmanagement
- Mithilfe bei der Koordination von Industrieprojekten im Bereich synthetische Kraftstofferzeugung, in enger Abstimmung mit den Projektmanagern
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Anpassung und Koordination von Projektdokumentationen inkl. Berichtswesen und Meeting-Protokollen
- Erstellen von Ressourcen- und Terminplanung im Bereich
- Kommunikation mit Ansprechpartnern aus allen Abteilungen sowie den INERATEC Kunden für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Projekte
- Aktive Lieferantensuche und Verfolgen von Lieferzeiten
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Projektmanagements bei INERATEC
- Standort: Karlsruhe

Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb:
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Montage und Inbetriebnahme unserer containerbasierten Prozessanlagen
- Überwachung der Parameter im laufenden Betrieb
- Unterstützung bei der Kampagne an unserer Demoanlage
- Fehlersuche & Tracking von Inbetriebnahme-Problemen
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Anlagen
- Standort: Karlsruhe oder Hamburg
- ab März 2024

Produktentwicklung (Chemische Reaktoren):
- CAD-Konstruktion und Zeichnungsableitung von mikrostrukturierten Reaktoren
- Lieferanten- und Technologierecherche
- Bestandsmanagement pflegen
- Gestaltung und Implementierung von standardisierten Arbeitsprozessen in der Entwicklung, Produktion und Montage
- Eigenständige Begleitung von Montagen und Mitarbeit im Reaktorbau
- Standort: Karlsruhe
- ab März 2024

Anlagenbau/ Produktion:
- Praktische Arbeiten im Bereich Anlagenbau, insbesondere die Installation von Anlagenkomponenten sowie das Einpassen von Rohrleitungsverläufen anhand von R&I-Fließbildern
- Definieren und Erproben von Abläufen und Rahmenbedingungen zur Produktionsskalierung
- Organisation und Strukturierung der Produktionsflächen
- Planung und Abwicklung von Lagerhaltung und Logistik
- Unterstützung in der Qualitätssicherung des Anlagenbaus
- Standort: Karlsruhe
- ab Juli 2024

Produktentwicklung Engineering:
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Projektdokumentation (Spezifikationen, Fließbilder, Listen, etc.)
- Unterstützung bei der Prozesssimulation in DWSim/Matlab
- Lieferanten- und Technologierecherche
- Unterstützung des technischen Einkaufs
- Standort: Karlsruhe

Dein Profil

Für die folgenden Studiengänge oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen ist ein Praktikum im jeweiligen Bereich geeignet:
Business Development: Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre
Projektmanagement: Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre
Betrieb und Inbetriebnahme: Chemieingenieurswesen, Verfahrenstechnik
Produktentwicklung (chemische Reaktoren): Maschinenbau
Anlagenbau/ Produktion: Mechatronik, Elektronik, Chemieingenieurswesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau

Your tasks

We offer internships in the following areas:

Business Development:
- Collaboration in the creation of business models and business cases
- Support in the preparation of the partner and customer portfolio
- Accompanying exploratory talks and support in the preparation and follow-up work
- Preparation of economic data (creation of graphics, etc.)
- Carrying out a market analysis incl. market research, statistics as well as regulations for synthetic fuels
- Location: Karlsruhe

Project management
- Practical work in the field of plant construction, in particular the installation of plant components and the assembly of piping strings using P&I flow diagrams
- Defining and testing processes and framework conditions for production scaling
- Organization and structuring of production areas
- Planning and handling warehousing and logistics
- Support with quality assurance in plant construction
- Location: Karlsruhe
- as of now

Operations and Commissioning:
- Active support during the assembly and commissioning of our container-based process plants.
- Monitoring of parameters during operation
- Driving of laboratory and demo tests in the head office
- Troubleshooting & tracking of commissioning problems
- Participation in the optimization of the plants
- Location: Karlsruhe or Hamburg
- Available from March 2024
Product development (chemical reactors)
- CAD design and drawing derivation of microstructured reactors
- Supplier and technology research
- Maintain inventory management
- Design and implementation of standardized work processes in development, production and assembly
- Independent supervision of assemblies and cooperation in reactor construction
- Location: Karlsruhe
- Available from March 2024

Plant engineering/production:
- Practical work in the area of plant construction, in particular the installation of plant components and the fitting of piping runs based on P&I flow diagrams
- Defining and testing processes and framework conditions for production scaling
- Organization and structuring of production areas
- Planning and handling of warehousing and logistics
- Support in quality assurance of plant construction
- Location: Karlsruhe
- Available from July 2024

Product development engineering
- Support in the creation of project documentation (specifications, flow diagrams, lists, etc.)
- Support with process simulation in DWSim/Matlab

An internship in the respective field is suitable for the following courses of study or comparable fields of study:
