Unser Finance Bereich sucht tatkräftige Verstärkung! Als Senior Financial Accountant (m/w/d) gestaltest du aktiv den Aufbau unserer SAP-gestützten Buchhaltungssysteme und -prozesse mit. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Bereichsleiter und CFO zusammen und legst mit uns den Grundstein für die Skalierung von INERATEC in einem dynamischen, internationalen und innovativen Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

Erstellung der monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Abschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS
Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses nach HGB und IFRS
Reporting & Analyse: Erstellung eines aussagekräftigen Reportings für Management und Investoren inklusive Plausibilitätsprüfung von Kennzahlen
Weiterentwicklung der Buchhaltungsstruktur- und Prozessen in SAP Business by Design
Schnittstelle zu ausgewählten Stakeholdern: Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Banken; enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling und anderen Fachbereichen
Compliance & Internal Controls: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Reporting-Standards von internationalen Investoren

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bilanzbuchhalter oder Senior/Group Accountant in einem mittelständischen Konzern oder stark wachsenden Unternehmen im internationalen Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Konsolidierungstools (SAP ist ein Plus)
Proaktive, hands-on Arbeitsweise und Begeisterung für dynamische Strukturen.
Erfahrungen im Anlagenbau, der Chemie- oder Energiebranche sind ein Plus
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Short Description

Our Finance department is looking for energetic reinforcement! As a Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d), you will play an active role in shaping the development of our SAP-based accounting systems and processes. You will work closely with the division manager and CFO and help us lay the foundation for scaling INERATEC in a dynamic, international, and innovative environment.

Your tasks

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
Reporting & analysis: Preparation of meaningful reports for management and investors, including plausibility checks of key figures
Further development of accounting structures and processes in SAP Business by Design
Interface with selected stakeholders: contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and banks; close cooperation with controlling and other departments
Compliance & internal controls: ensuring compliance with legal requirements and reporting standards of international investors

Your profile

Several years of professional experience as an accountant or senior/group accountant in a medium-sized group or fast-growing company in an international environment
In-depth knowledge of HGB and IFRS
Experience in working with ERP systems and consolidation tools (SAP is a plus)
Proactive, hands-on approach to work and enthusiasm for dynamic structures.
Experience in plant engineering, the chemical or energy industry is a plus
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
